Legal Recruiter

We seek to hire an experienced legal recruiter with a successful track record of regularly placing associates and/or partners to join our law firm practice team. Successful candidates will have demonstrated the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong project management skills, business acumen, professional judgment, integrity, and communication/advisory skills are required.

Qualifications:

• B.A. required; J.D. preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Experience working at a legal recruiting firm placing associate-level or partner-level candidates at AmLaw 100 and 200 firms, as well as boutique law firms OR experience working in the recruiting department of an AmLaw 100 or 200 law firm where you focused on associate or partner recruiting
• Ability to self-manage, take initiative, and seek out opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to work remotely within a small and close-knit group of professionals
