Recruitment Associate

Position Description:

Based in Stockbridge, MA, our elite attorney search consulting firm seeks a Recruitment Associate to help manage search/placement assignments nationally and globally, and to increase firm revenues.

This position is remote with occasional in-person team meetings in Stockbridge, MA or in New York City, particularly during the first months of employment.

Responsibilities include performing research on law firms and attorneys to identify candidates, assisting with marketing (e.g., calling and sending emails to generate meetings), attending meetings and maintaining our contact management database, interacting with candidates and employers, and other recruiter support activities. Light administrative duties will be required from time-to-time.

A genuine interest and/or familiarity in the business and culture of AMLAW 200 – tier law firms is critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a professional work ethic, have strong research and analytical skills, be familiar with a data-driven sales/marketing environment, and be at ease on the phone.
