Marketing Associate

Job Description:

We are a preeminent executive search firm focused exclusively on recruitment and placement of exceptional lawyers. We build legal teams at companies and law firms and we are hiring a Marketing Associate to join our growing company.

In this role you will:

• Work closely with our leadership team to identify existing and new clients to communicate with and develop new business.
• Leverage our suite of technology tools to identify hiring managers at clients and prospects and create email introduction letters or marketing campaigns.
• Deploy multi- media resources to advance relations, phone, email, LinkedIn and a variety multi- media methodologies.
• Identify and help secure new search engagements for Princeton Legal Search Group.

Requirements:

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Adept at creating email marketing campaigns and deploying on multiple media distribution networks.
• In depth working knowledge of LinkedIn (Sales Navigator and Recruiter a plus), Twitter, Instagram and other web-based platforms critical.
• Confidently deploy the phone, email, and social media tools to connect with and establish new accounts. Nurture on-going relationships with phone, video and email communications.
• Prior sales or marketing experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
